Happy Weekend!!

The sun is shining this morning but we are suppose to get rain for the rest of the weekend starting in the afternoon.

We were in Fort Myers for a week, the sun was fabulous!! I needed that jump start, I was starting to get tired and lazy with the lack of sun over the winter months.

I am so looking forward to Spring and Summer. My daffodils are starting to sprout which means I have to get busy in my gardens and clean out all the stuff the winter left.

I hope you have a good weekend. We have a quiet weekend ahead of us, which is nice. It was my Birthday yesterday so I have a very full day.

Fort Myers Beach

We did a little shopping at Target yesterday. I bought an Orla Kiely apron, mug and tea towels and the kids bought some clothing items. It was overcast yesterday but we managed to have some relaxation by the gulf with a bit of sun peaking through. Today it is raining, so we will just be spontaneous and do whatever suits our fancy as the day unfolds.

Fort Myers Beach

We are on March Break in sunny Fort Myers Beach. The sun is fabulous. I have been missing the sun all winter. I am a little burnt today however, not sure how much sun I will be taking in today. We have a beautiful beach house right on the Gulf of Mexico. The weather has been great so far. The kids are having a blast!! Yesterday we managed to find around 50 sand dollars after we learned the trick for finding them. They have already been bleached and boxed away.

March Break

March Break is upon us. I am looking forward to a week in the sun!! I need a good dose of sunshine. The winter has been long and I am feeling extremely tired and worn down.
