Simple Pleasures

Good Morning, it has been a while since my last post. My life has been a bit sad in the last 6 months. My Mom passed away in June and I have been missing her dearly. She had been ill for 4 years and the last 6 months have been difficult. I did errands for her, personal care and just enjoyed having afternoon coffee with her. I learned a lot and I think she learned a lot from me. The passing of my sweet Mom will leave a big hole in my heart.
I sit here this morning thinking about the "simple pleasures" in my life. Memories of my Mom, Loving people, having two cups of coffee in the morning, looking forward to a lazy day and Chinese food for dinner. It does not get much better than that.
